We Area - Go-To-Market Manager - Modern Work
The Modern Work (MW) Business Group team in Western Europe is looking for an individual who is passionate about leading the Modern Work business in the Enterprise segment and has sufficient experience in planning, execution and governance across multiple subsidiaries.
You will play a key role within the Modern Work Area BG team, with end-to-end accountability for key metrics that indicate the health & success of the Modern Work business in the Enterprise segment of Western Europe.
In this role, you will dive deep into the Modern Work stack of products, go-to-market strategies, competitive landscape, and business opportunity across 12 Subsidiaries of Western Europe.
**Responsibilities**:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Planning, and Delivery
- Drives rigor in definition and orchestration of Modern Work go-to-market (GTM) plans in Western Europe Enterprise segment inclusive of marketing, field, consulting, customer success, and partner functions.
Enables collaboration across relevant Enterprise partners and stakeholders and leverages expertise in aggregate business metrics to drive insights and impact go-to-market strategy and delivery.
Business Management
- Develops and orchestrates the execution of Modern Work business strategy in Enterprise segment in Western Europe.
Tracks the efficacy of plans across Subsidiaries to drive long-term sustainable growth for Modern Work business in Enterprise.
Accepts end-to-end accountability for revenue, scorecard metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Modern Work business in Enterprise segment of Western Europe
Business Development
- Supports creation and pursuit of white-space growth opportunities across Modern Work products/services.
Leverages knowledge of revenue, share targets, and the area/subsidiary's capabilities in order maximize performance across MW products/services.
Builds relationships and drives regular engagements with relevant stakeholders in Enterprise to operationalize competitive strategies and land implementation of solutions that drive increased market share for Microsoft and partners.
Field Enablement
- Ensures that Subsidiary GTM Managers and field communities have the leadership and enablement needed to run Modern Work business in Enterprise segment.
Serves as the primary orchestrator across ATU/STU/BG/GPS/CSU, and ensures field and Area leadership are aligned on business results and actions to take.
Ensures GTM Managers can equip sellers with the knowledge and resources to sell.
Identifies failure points and orchestrates resources to mitigate.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Demonstrable work experience in Enterprise Segment
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (B. S. /B. A. / M. Sc / M. Eng) or equivalent experience preferred
- Background in product marketing would be preferred

- Experience landing end-to-end go-to-market plans incl.
leading complex teams
- Deep customer focus and experience in a customer-facing or partner channel development role
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Sales, the buying center mechanics, customer challenges, and vertical cloud solution
- Strong business acumen and an excellent communicator
- Execution excellence: driving programmatic motions/core strategy and marketing functions
- Self-driven, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer adoption
- Strong interpersonal skills & experience building strong internal and external relationships and networks
- Proven ability to drive results and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
