The Digital Analyst intern will be an integral part of the Digital marketing team, providing Analytics support to drive positive business results and foster a data driven strategy.

Through accurate analyses, the Digital Analyst will be able to guide the company in understanding how to maximize the contribution of the digital channels (website, digital campaign, social media).

**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure proper implementation of Google Analytics (working with external agencies and IT teams)

- Analyze principal website KPIs and provide insights to improve our website performance

- Update dashboards and presentations on a regular basis to support our strategy

- Work closely with teams to analyze, measure and interpret KPIs

- Respond to ad hoc requests for real-time alerts, commentary, and reporting

- Benchmark against competition

**Profile**:

**Qualifications/professional capabilities**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications or mathematics/statistics

- Familiarity with Google Analytics

- good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work with numbers and Excel software and as well as very good analytical skills

- Organized, versatile, rigorous and open-minded

- Fluency in English and Italian
