**Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Web Application QA (Quality Assurance) Tester to join our team in our Florence office but could work remotely as well.

You'll conduct tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product release before it gets deployed to everyday users.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, if you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we'd like to meet you!

**What you will do**:

- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

- Document and evaluate test results

- Identify and report glitches, bugs and errors

- Track defects and help troubleshoot issues

- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and test plans

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

**Requirements for this role**:

**_ Must have skills:_

- Passion for working with technology

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, Bug Hunter or similar role

- Excellent communication skills in Italian language

- Understanding of User Experience

- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

- Attention to detail

- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

- Good team working and critical thinking skills

- Hands-on experience with testing tools

- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

- Fluent in English language

**_Nice to have skills:_

- Work experience in development of automated testing

- Working knowledge of our key programming languages and frameworks (C#. Net, React)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

We are based in Florence, Italy.

This role can be performed in a hybrid form (office/remote).
