**Responsibilities**:

Lionard is looking for a Web Content Writer for the Florence, Milan and Rome offices.

- Develop content for the company website;

- Elaborate the texts related to the properties in the portfolio, through the study of property information and contact with professionals in the field;

- Develop the communicative style of articles according to corporate positioning and sales objectives;

- Publish multilingual ads on the Lionard website, through coordinating translators and checking translated texts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, at least three years, in Communications or Marketing;

- Two/three years of experience in the role of Content Writer and Editor, preferably gained in structured companies;

- Passion for storytelling with strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of the Italian language in written form and grammar rules;

- Excellent knowledge of at least a second language;

- Familiarity with major computer tools.
