As a Senior Python Django Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will lead the implementation of complex features, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of web applications using Python and Django frameworkArchitect scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standardsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality softwareMentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standardsParticipate in architectural discussions, proposing and evaluating solutions to technical challengesOptimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve scalability and efficiencyWrite clean, maintainable, and reusable code, following software development best practicesStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesMandatory Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field4+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience working with Python and DjangoStrong proficiency in Python programming language and Django frameworkSolid understanding of relational databases and experience with ORM libraries such as Django ORMFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitPreferred Requirements: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformKnowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and KubernetesUnderstanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelinesContribution to open-source projects or active participation in the Python/Django communityQualities: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutionsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
