**MISSION
Maserati is searching for a new resource for its
**Digital and CRM team**, within the broader Marketing Department.
The new resource will have the responsibility of supporting the "
**Digital Product & Strategy**" team in the coordination of Maserati
**websites** and the
**execution of digital projects**.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring proper **project management** for all the Maserati websites (international, country and dealers), with timely and accurate deployment of new products and activities on the site.
- Maintaining and developing the **master content calendar** for the website, coordinating and prioritizing requests from the various internal teams.
- Ensuring **visual appeal** and **brand integrity** of the site, maintaining a consistent look and feel across our online (and offline) platforms.
- Managing **copywriting** for the international execution and oversee the regional transcreation of all web copy, currently in 23 languages including English.
- Manage and coordinate the **SEO activities**, from and Headquarter and Regional coordination and execution standpoint.
The new resource shall coordinate the agency work, approving search key words and meta data, and reviewing results.
- Providing ongoing **tracking** and **analysis** of consumer site behavior through site analytics and other technologies, reporting to senior management on a frequent basis.
- Working continuously to **optimize** the site **user experience** and drive conversion.
- Troubleshooting any site issues and coordinating the appropriate resources and internal and external teams to resolve problems.
- Coordinating other activities linking to the site, including CRM, social media integration, paid search support and banner campaigns.
- Optimizing the **backend operations** and how internal and external stakeholders contribute the sites and its assets.
- Managing the **digital budget** including purchase orders and invoicing.
- Managing Maserati **internal stakeholders** and **external agencies** as one unique extended team of work
- Reviewing competitive websites for **best practices** and **benchmarks**.
- Gathering of **digital evolution** opportunities and needs from markets, users' analytics on the websites and digital trends.
- Always having the customer at the forefront, with all actions contributing to providing a luxury experience of the highest standard
The
- Maserati Store merchandising website.
- Cars and services reservation and sales platforms, present and future.
- Car Locators and other shopping tools.
- Other internal or external properties with regards to overall respect of the Maserati ecosystem digital visual identity and standards implementations.
- DAM and assets managers.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Preferably Bachelor or Master degree in communication (traditional or digital), marketing or applied psychology.
- Previous **experience in digital media agencies/projects** or **websites** management is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google services (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) is required.
- It is also required a generic knowledge or interest for Website CMS systems (Wordpress, Joomla, ) and Analytics tool (Google Analytics, SPSS).
- Basic knowledge of **Project Management** methodologies and development languages will constitute a plus.
- Italian - proficiency; English - proficiency; Chinese and other languages as a plus.
- Team-working ability, communication skills (the resource will handle different project being in contact with different stakeholders both internal and external), analytical skills (the resource should have the ability of reading and transforming data information into actionable insights), strong organizational skills, with high attention to details, results, and timing.
