Polimoda is seeking a creative and analytical Web Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing and managing online advertising activities.

You will work in the Polimoda Marketing & Sales team based in Florence and will also directly manage and supervise collaborations with external agencies.

The ideal candidate will strategize and coordinate online marketing activities to communicate products, business development initiatives and other initiatives addressing our audience.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute online marketing campaigns in support of global strategic marketing planDevelop data-driven campaign plans with clearly defined goals, objectives, target audience, messages, tactics, key partners, and asset requirementsUse advanced analytics to measure and assess the performance of all demand generation activitiesCreate landing pagesCreate and manage e-mail marketing campaignsDefine proper KPI and create weekly, monthly & ad hoc reportsEvaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them into the marketing activities where appropriateExperience:3+ years of professional online marketing experienceExtremely Fluent English speaker and writerKnowledge of Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Online Advertising (Google Ads), Email Marketing (MailChimp, etc.

), Landing page creation (Unbounce), Google Analytics, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), CMS (WordPress) and Website Builder (Elementor)Good SEO-oriented copywriting and content management skillsGraphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plusBasic knowledge of programming (CSS, HTML)Required Skills:Excellent planning and project management skillsStrong analytical approachTeam-working attitudeProactive, with a problem-solving attitudeKeen attention to detailPolimoda represents the high training in the fashion industry in an internationally recognized center of excellence, located in the heart of one of the most important production areas of Made in Italy.
