THE POSITION**:

As a project manager, you are a passionate advocate to drive operational efficiency with a strong analytical approach, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

You must be an effective communicator, have a high sense of internal customer service, and be able to work with cross-functional teams.

You will support (in some cases being the point of contact) many projects with different areas impacted for example IT, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Medica plus external agencies, and development teams.

The activities include the analysis and assessment phase in collaboration with the internal stakeholders and the construction of the business case.

The majority of projects have technological impacts, so it's requested the knowledge of web technologies and the passion for information technology.

***Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Web platform implementation and improvement- GDPR, Legal compliance & Customer service assessment- Processes analysis and UX improvement- Good knowledge of SEO/SEM- Digital strategy development & supports in identifying KPIs against specific projects and interact with Data Analyst- Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and monitoring project progress- UAT management- Business and functional requirements definition- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience- Master's degree preferably in engineering or equivalent STEM faculty- Familiarity with web technology- Project management skills and Experience in project documentation (GANTT, SAL, Kick-off, minutes)- Processes analysis and optimization experience- Experience in priority setting and project steering- Competences in Data Platforms & Analytics- Familiarity with User Experience improvement optimization- Experience in using a project management software (Jira and Confluence)- Experience in customer journey design- Experience in digital campaign management and digital channels- Excellent knowledge of English language (especially in writing & speaking), Italian native speaker- Interpersonal skills, communication & Change management skills
