Main responsabilitie**:

- To manage day-to-day and smooth running of a range of websites and web-based projects, also identifying any possible improvements in terms of performances, usability and accessibility as well as integration with other systems or platforms to leverage on data asset and improve our analysis capabilities (ex.

CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms, etc. . ).

- To support the Organisation's digital strategies to identify, design and deliver successful web-based solutions and services to improve efficiency and effectiveness of communications, fundraising, programmes, and potentially any other areas objectives within the Organisation.

- To support design and development of web-based project, identifying business requirements and managing the full project lifecycle as well as the project management process and potentially the coordination with IT colleagues and external agencies.

- To support the Organization to improve the internal capabilities and skills in order to avoid delivery bottlenecks and make Digital truly scalable across different areas.

- To support the Organization's digital innovation strategy in order to take advantage of potential opportunities.

- To lead or coordinate special projects to ensure an appropriate planning, meeting deadlines and sustainable resources allocation.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large and complex websites and web-based projects and preferably past experiences as web developer.

- Excellent understanding of web project and implementation methodologies and ability to highlight opportunities and risks at the appropriate stage of the project.

- Excellent knowledge of modelling website Information Architecture.

- Excellent understanding and knowledge of web standards, best practices and guidelines in terms of UX and accessibility.

- Excellent understanding and knowledge of web analytics and tracking issues and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, etc

- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and web development technical issues.

- Strong knowledge of main frameworks and CMS, preferably Drupal.

- Strong knowledge and proven experience with e-commerce models, techniques of conversion improvement and purchase funnel optimisation.

- Good knowledge of SEO website requirements and guidelines.

- Ability to manage changing business and technical requirements.

- Forward thinking and genuine passion about Digital, with an ability to innovate and leverage technology as it evolves.

- Excellent communication skills - both internally and supplier facing

- Written and verbal fluency in English is essential.

Full time contract.

RAL commensurate with experience.

Workplace in Rome, possibility of smartworking.

Stipendio: €35. 000, 00 - €38. 000, 00 all'anno
