Job DescriptionReporting to our Analytics Director, you will create impact in the Analytics Team for our international clients. We take pride in our work with some of the largest advertisers in the world and proprietary technology, setting us apart in the industry.
You will work with a team of analytics experts, deploying quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand user behaviour and derive optimisation recommendations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Be the subject matter expert on website analysis for our key client in the luxury sector. Identify and analyse drop-off points in the user journey and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of different website elements and features. Lead meetings with clients and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Find opportunities for clients to utilise adjacent services in the analytics ecosystem. QualificationsFluency in English and Italian. Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics with Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics. Can conduct qualitative analysis with heatmaps, session recordings or usability testing. Proven experience with BigQuery and SQL. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is advantageous, but not mandatory. You collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions. You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
