**Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate, proactive person who merge in a brilliant way the business vision and the functional aspects of our website experience.
**What you will do**:
- Collect and propose requirements, organize/write Agile user stories and prepare use cases;
- Organize product backlog along with the teams and define priorities;
- Coordinate and lead product review meetings in collaboration with engineers, UI/UX and QA teams - allocated to product module of competence - in order to quote, plan and monitor activities to meet release objectives and expectations;
- Constantly monitor competitors in the e-commerce field to have an up to date idea on which are the key features proposed on the market websites;
- Being part of the Product department, contribute to the future strategic product roadmap and vision, together with Marketing Department, IT Department and following the Company objectives;
- Proactively identify possible end-users or performance issues;
- Organize and implement quality assurance processes in order to constantly improve customer satisfaction.
**Requirements for this role**:
- Understanding of web development methodologies and ability to refine its use on a project-by-project basis
- Fully understanding on specific patterns developing website platforms
- Expertise in UX design and user engagement
- Agile mindset and problem solving oriented
- English as a full work proficiency
**Preferred skills**:
- Agile certification is a plus
