Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts", to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and personalization. A distinctive presence on the Italian hospitality scene, Lungarno Collection has luxury addresses in the most desirable districts of Florence, Rome and Milan. The brand Lungarno Collection was launched in 1995 as a hotel management company owned by the Ferragamo family. Each hotel has its own personality, drawing inspiration from urban culture, history and style to create highly personal experiences highlighted by elegance, striking design and attentive service. The profile will take care in particular of the guests welcoming in the serviced apartments, ensuring a high-level service. Offering an attentive and personalised service, the House Steward will take care of the guests' stay. His responsibilities will include: welcoming the guests at the main entrance, escorting them to the Front Desk, taking care of their luggage, housekeeping duties, coordination with the external garage, taxi reservations and providing assistance with the check-in and check-out. Requirements: • Previous experience of at least two years in the hospitality industry. • Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus. • Team work oriented. • Relations and empathy skills. • Knowledge of the city of Florence. • Availability to shift work; the night shift is not included. • Availability to manual work.
