The candidate will perform welding activities for the fabrication of components of the different types of Baker Hughes products, following the applicable technical specifications, the technical product drawing and the processing cycle. The activities must be carried out in compliance with the safety and quality standards defined by the company for the areas of competence. For this position, you will be available to be relocated in other province of Calabria.

As a Welding Operator, you will be responsible for: Performing daily activities according to Health, Safety Environment & Quality standardRealizing material identification, execution of preliminary check of the state of the details in accordance with the applicable specificationsJoining weekly HSE & Quality communication shared by Ops Leader and Production Supervisor with all the team (safety Talk & quality Talk)Suggesting actions to improve the activities carried out by him/ her according to the spirit of the company's program of continuous improvement. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Hold a High school diploma (preferably Mechanical Expert) with good Welding experienceShow Welding fundamental Knowledge of manual, automatic, semi-automatic processDisplay Welding experience in at least 1 typology of process (manual, automatic, semi-automatic)Be available to work on shifts (even on weekends if necessary)Be able to read and interpret drawings/technical specificationsShow referenced experience on welding/machining activitiesDisplay knowledge of Oil & Gas productsShow knowledge and expertise to use precision measuring instrumentsShow computer skills (using Excel, Word, e-mail, etc. )Display attitude to teamworkHold a EU Work PermitDesired Characteristics Be available to make transfersShow knowledge of the principles of welding for manual, automatic and semi-automatic processDisplay knowledge of fundamental of Non Destructive Test performed on welding (LP, FPI etc. . )Show knowledge base of management/programming of numerical control machines (milling/turning machines)Have a strong attention to safety and quality detailsWork in a way that works for you
