**What is the role purpose?

**What are you going to do?

**- Actively contributing to a wide range of client projects with a focus on welding and associated services. - Organize and lead small teams (both internal and external) as part of a larger project, including performance management. - Having extensive client contact, including dealing with queries, attending meetings with support, and working on client sites. - Contributing to business development, for example assistant with client proposals. - To perform complex assessments and provide advice for service delivery within agreed broad parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements. - To identify and develop external partnership instrumental for the services growth. - Undertake routine administration as required in line with current processes and procedures. - To assess/recommend the time/value of the work to be undertaken for an external client within an agreed fee/cost structure and within the commercial aspects of the contract, and issue quotations up to an agreed limit and LRQA's standard terms and conditions. - Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards. -

- To contribute to internal/external client management as appropriate by acting as point of contact to effectively manage client and LRQA relationships. - To undertake project management where applicable including monitoring project progress and spend against budget and contract requirements. -

- Manage your own and your team's compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely. - Monitor and review health and safety performance, observe safety behaviours in the workplace, taking appropriate corrective and preventative action as necessary and suggesting and implementing improvement activities.

**What we are looking for?

**- Shall possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university. - Commercial awareness and business acumen, including specifically a good understanding of technical assistance market. -

- Technical or specialist experience in Welding sector (preferred if already qualified in e. g.

EWT/IWT or EWE/IWE).
