**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We're looking for a talented **Wellbeing Engagement Specialist** to work with our Europe Wellbeing Engagement team.
Reporting to the Europe Wellbeing Engagement Team Lead, you will be a champion of the wellbeing agenda, sharing the Gympass mission with our end users and advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, suppliers, and third parties.
This is a position inside our Enterprise team and is responsible for executing our campaigns, events, and communication plans.
**YOUR IMPACT**:
There are three key responsibilities of a **Wellbeing Engagement Specialist**:
**Campaign & Content Planning**:
- Working alongside our Wellbeing Engagement team to create, plan and execute campaigns for our clients across Italy & Spain
- Liaising and working closely with our design agency (including feedback)
- Writing, reviewing & translating the supporting copy for campaigns
- Coordination of the campaign assets and sharing with internal stakeholders
- Creating the campaign & content presentations for our client success team to share with CS
**Event Hosting & Coordination
- Hosting the events (presenting and answering questions)
- Liaising with partners and future speakers
- Developing the content together with our partners
- Organization of all tasks related to the events
- Sharing & tracking together with our well-being engagement and Client Success team
- Invoicing & budgeting control (creating POs, sharing invoices with our team)
**Supporting our communication plans and projects for key clients in Italy + Spain
- Writing, reviewing & translating the supporting copy for client-specific actions
- Liaising and working closely with the IT + SP Scalable & Custom Planners
- Liaising and working closely with our design agency (including feedback)
- Internal coordination and management of multiple tasks
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Familiarity and/or interest in the Wellness & Fitness industry in Italy & Spain
- Strong detail orientation to ensure high-quality work
- **Mandatory native level of Italian, and Spanish, and fluency in English**:
- Strong organization skills and ability to successfully work on simultaneous tasks and projects, assuring that deadlines will be met
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong teamwork & influence skills, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A positive can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing
- Engaging presentation or event-hosting style
- Strong teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles
- Software experience (we use Zoom, Asana, Slack, G-suite, and Adobe but experience in all these tools is not required as training will be provided)
