We are looking for a **Whole vehicle Durability & Fatigue - BEV **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Verification & Validation Testing.

You will be responsible for the Vehicle duty cycle definition and fatigue rig testing at vehicle level and for the assigned vehicle family.

Your main activities will be:

- Defining Model specific Vehicle-level Duty Cycle, based on Customer cases analysis, usage profiles, simulation and real data measurement

- Introducing / Reviewing durability test Cycle unit procedures for vehicle and rig testing

- Vehicle loads definition: Fatigue damage target, Highload and misuse load target (by comparison / calculation)

- Instrumentation, execution and postprocessing for Road Load Data Acquisition for vehicle

- Defining and coordinating a method to monitor the fatigue accumulated by the whole vehicle and when possible deployment at system level

- Calculating and maintain the library of correlation coefficient, for each Cycle unit

- Creating the correlation process between Whole vehicle fatigue test and Bench for key components: in particular Bench signal creation for Road simulator/24 channel LSV and for Axle bench test

- Vehicle loads verification: Fatigue damage target check, highload and misuse test, 4-poster rig test

- Organizing at vehicle level the fatigue rig testing, including the coordination of the upcoming analysis and corrective actions

**About you

- University Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic or Electronic or Aerospace Engineering

- At least 3 years' experience in automotive companies in similar roles

- Technical knowledge in automotive, with roots and experience in car dynamic testing

- Experience in working and dealing with cross functional department

- Knowledge on following tools and systems:

- Commercial SW tools: Office suite, including Teams

- Matlab

- Siemens Testlab

- Car Diagnosis tools as plus

- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
