Let's Evolve Iconic and create a new exciting chapter The part you'll play You will join our regional Head Office in Florence , being part of the Wholesale Department. You will participate to the development and management of the Wholesale distribution Channel (Franchising and Multibrand) and in the research of new business opportunities for France, Iberian Peninsula, UK, Benelux & Scandinavia. Deal with the research of new business opportunities with the formulation of proposals and forecasts about the development/optimization of the existing distribution channel Participate on the proposal of an overall budget and its implementation Ensure the correct and effective brand image presence within the point of sales following the Company guidelines Brief and train personally the partners regarding products and visual displaying Check regularly the Brand Image in the Franchising/Wholesaler POS Promote activities and actions to guarantee a consistent image and to update the products' presence Participate on the management and development of customers relations activities and for the Collections Sales Campaign process What you'll bring Previous experience in a similar role within a large, international and well-structure Company operating in the Fashion Luxury Field of at least 10 years Degree in Economics, Management or similar Fluency in English (C1 level). The knowledge of an additional language between Spanish and French will be considered a plus (at least B2 level) Capability in building strategic, multilevel and teamwork relationship Ability to deal with complexity in a multinational environment Energetic, organized and business-driven approach An affective hands-on approach together with fearless of challenges Analytical skills and data-driven approach (a good knowledge of Excel is required) Proven customers management and negotiation skills Maximum availability to frequently travel abroad OUR DEI COMMITMENT TO YOU At Ferragamo, you can play your part and express your uniqueness.
