You will participate to the development andmanagement of the Wholesale distribution Channel(Franchising and Multibrand) and in the research of new business opportunities forFrance, Iberian Peninsula, UK, Benelux & Scandinavia. Deal with theresearch of new businessopportunitieswith the formulation of proposals and forecasts about the development/optimization of the existing distribution channel Participate onthe proposal of an overall budgetand its implementation Ensure thecorrect and effective brand imagepresence within the point of sales following the Company guidelines Brief and train personally the partnersregarding products and visual displaying Check regularly the Brand Image in the Franchising/Wholesaler POS Promote activities and actionsto guarantee a consistent image and to update the products' presence Participate on the management and development of customers relations activities and for theCollections Sales Campaign processWhat you'll bring Previous experiencein a similar role within a large, international and well-structure Company operating in the Fashion Luxury Fieldof at least 10 years DegreeinEconomics, Management or similar Fluency in English(C1 level). The knowledge of anadditional language between Spanish and Frenchwill be considereda plus (at least B2 level) Capability in buildingstrategic, multilevel and teamwork relationship Abilityto deal with complexityin a multinational environment Energetic, organized andbusiness-driven approach An affective hands-on approach together withfearless of challenges Analytical skills anddata-driven approach(a good knowledge of Excel is required) Proven customersmanagement and negotiation skills Maximum availability tofrequently travel abroadOUR DEI COMMITMENT TO YOU At Ferragamo, you can play your part and express your uniqueness.
