Directly reporting to the Wholesale Senior Manager, he/she will ensure the commercial development of the Brand operating within the guidelines, plans and the approved strategy, policy and business procedures.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profit, with a specific focus on DACH countries
Develop trade policies in order to increase the business opportunities
Plan and manage the budget and sales forecast
Assist to the sales campaign
Arrange customer schedule for the Sales campaign in link with showroom
Deal with Customer Service and Aftersale Department
Manage the relationship with key accounts (Dept.
Stores and Key Clients) and support promotional activities in the stores
Analyze market trends, evaluate competitive products and make appropriate suggestions
Provide clients support during buying session, order checks and data entry
Provide feedback and advice to customer service, operations, accounting in the spirit of continuous improvement toward customer satisfaction and achieving the company invoice goals
Weekly sales analysis, definition of sales targets, support during the buying session
**Qualifications and requirements**:
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in a similar role
Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel (Pivot) and Power Point
Good knowledge and sensitivity for the fashion and luxury product
Team worker, proactive and flexible
Good negotiation skills and leadership
Fluency in Italian, English and German
