Wholesale Area Manager, Northern Europe

The _Wholesale Area Manager, Northern Europe_ will manage, maintain and develop the distribution according to the brand strategy, providing excellent management of key accounts.
The role is responsible for sales and markets growth, as well as increasing the total breadth and depth of distribution of the assigned accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analysis of the reference market and research of potential customers;
- Ensure excellent customer management (Multibrand, Department Store, eComm) in the assigned area;
- Define and discuss Budget with customers in the area of competence;
- Assisting with buying to ensure the order is placed in accordance with company guidelines;
- Seasonal Sell Through analysis of each client;
- Stock analysis of partners in order to offer re-orders;
- Monitoring of shipments and payments in collaboration with Customer Service and the credit department in order to ensure the achievement of the turnover target;
- Market visits to evaluate new partners and monitor existing ones;
- In store product training to key partners and where necessary to support customers in sales;
- Monitor marketing activities, and support key partners;
- Monitoring contracts with legal department;
- Qualitative feedback on the collection and SWAP analysis to support the EMEA Wholesale Team.
**Profile**:
- At least 5 years' experience as Key Account for a Fashion Luxury Company, E-Commerce background would be a plus;
- Excellent English and additional fluency in Italian is a distinct advantage;
- Strong working knowledge of luxury chain account, policies, procedures and operations;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with ease;
- Product and competition awareness;
- Team player and strong leadership skills;
- Entrepreneurial flair and ability to work effectively independently;
- Commercial and confident decision making;
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment;
- Very good knowledge of IT System;
- Availability and flexibility to travel.
