Wholesale Coordinator
The global wholesale coordinator will occupy a central function in the department and will establish a solid network inside the global organization to reach the objectives.
She/he will be responsible of the reporting of the Wholesale & Travel retail department and of the B2B events calendar which include local & global events as well as new product launches.
**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and coordinate the Wholesale calendar:
Establish a detailed Calendar of B2B events
Coordinate and optimize the distribution of prototypes
Work closely with Events department to organize international B2B events and to organize participation of top clients to events such as Monaco.
Support the Area sales manager Academy for event organization (trainings in Switzerland for example)
Collect and consolidate orders (if any) after each event in collaboration with the Business Analysts
Work closely with subsidiaries to prepare a presentation with description, pictures, costs, and ROI of each event.
Define a program and a Importante Azienda for the retailers visiting our manufacture in Switzerland
New productslaunch:
Work closely with operation department and subsidiaries to follow-up the black-out and the deployment of the new collection, make sure that all the Top doors will display the products for the launch.
Collect qualitative feedback from the markets after each launch and consolidate to share it with the management.
Launch report in Wholesale (top animation, best practice. . . )
Reporting & Analysis:
Collaborate closely with product team and retail team to define assortments for wholesale and travel retail
Propose allocation for Special Edition based on Top Doors segmentation
Collect merchandising feedbacks from the field vs. design and guidelines in order to improve and adapt our offer.
Database of merchandising and pictures per door to facilitate the deployment of potential new concepts and control the cost vs. prod/door
Prepare and send every first week of the month a Monthly wholesale report (new opening / closing / performance)
Bi-monthly wholesale committee preparation
Establish a strong network inside the organization to facilitate the communication and collection of data.
Profile You have a master's degree in business or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing position, ideally in the watch industry.
You are organized and rigorous, able to follow-up numerous projects in parallel with strong analytical skills
You are pro-active, able to identify potential blocking points and to propose solutions
You an interpersonal savvy, business acumen and customer oriented.
You know how to deal with ambiguity, and you are open-minded.
You are a team player and have a motivational mindset
