Taller Marmo is looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join our fast-growing team in Milan.

We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working across multiple teams.

In this role you will be part of the Wholesale Team and collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, and Logistics departments.

ResponsibilitiesProvide Sales and operational support during Wholesale CampaignsPrepare and manage Product catalogue in our digital showroom (Joor)Administrative management of sales orders and order confirmationsHandle customers inquiries and claimsAnalyze Sales report and Customer's sell through dataConduct Competitors analysesPrepare Store Training packs and Visual Merchandising guidelinesMonitor e-tailers' adherence to Brand GuidelinesSupport in building a healthy in-season reorder businessAct as a pivotal support in achieving seasonal goals and targetsRequirementsAt least 1 year experience in a similar role within a fast-paced fashion environmentAbility with sales reports and sales recordsStrong analytical and numerical skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office packageExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalJoor and Zedonk knowledge is a plusPreferential consideration will be given to candidates with proven experience and understanding of the fashion luxury environmentSeniority levelEntry level
