JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

For this reason e-WHS team needs a dedicated person in order to manage the different issues that every day pop up across the globe.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Develop ARA 3. 0 internet provisions (in partnership with whs functions and legal anti trust team).

- Monitor ARA signature for e-commerce clients (in partnership with markets in order to have all contracts signed).

- Lead European marketplace strategy execution (coordinate the entire project with ip protection team, markets and legal team).

- Manage clients segmentation with the external vendor Selecta and markets (monitoring, clients upgrade and downgrade)

- Monitoring of ARA provision respects from clients in partnership with IP protection team and subsiadiaries.

- Monitor geographical scope compliance from clients in partnership with markets

- Manage New Customers approval process in partnership with brand management team and subsiadiries.

- Manage New Brands approval process in partnership with brand management team and subsiadiries.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

Experience in Commercial area (E-commerce Wholesale or IP protection online channel)

Interest in Legal IP protection topics

**LANGUAGES**:

English is mandatory

French is PLUS
