Supporting the Montblanc Italy Wholesale team, the Wholesale Intern will learn what it takes to deliver a significant part of the turnover for Montblanc Italy.

**Areas of responsibilities**:

- Support the team in managing effectively high volumes of orders from our external boutiques and key accounts

- Maintain and fulfil client's waiting lists

- Attend meetings with group buying teams, working alongside the Wholesale team

- Develop & maintain good relationships with buyers and retailers

- Support the team in preparing monthly and weekly stock proposals to clients (along with senior colleagues) according to sell-out analysis, launch of novelties, allocations, availabilities and taking into consideration the optimal stock assortment

- Support the Wholesale team in exceptional purchasing needs for the distribution (i. e.

special requests, POS materiel orders)

- Communicate to POS expected delivery dates, back orders, product definition and price information

- Analyse daily sales progress, assist with sales forecasts and preparation of reports

- Bachelor or master's degree in Economics

- Similar previous experience in either FMCG, luxury, fast paced environment is considered a plus

- Commercially orientated, pro-active and result driven

- Excellent organizational skills, resilience during peak times

- Team player, willingness to support and curiosity to learn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt the communication style to the different stakeholders

- Italian mother tongue or fluent.

Fluent English required

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint): Proficient level
