Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible. Your roleAs a member of our logistics customer service team, the selected candidate will be responsible for second level customer service activities.
This position requires an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
The main focus of the role is to support the EMEA subsidiaries, where the local customer service teams are, by providing assistance with accurate and timely information regarding shipment status and any other logistics-related queries, analyzing data and being a support and an interface between the logistics departments and the business. Main ResponsibilitiesFollow-up on logistics requests and issues as well as new initiatives, with related business partnersMonitor and maintain the Logistics Service Levels on target for the related business channelsFilling in and maintenance of the tables related to the logistics settings (warehouse + transportation), aligned to the business requirementsMaintain a proper relationship with the specific business partners and all related internal and external stakeholdersMain RequirementsEducational Background in Economics/Foreign languagesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Microsoft Office software packagesHigh quality written and verbal communication skillLanguages Italian and English mandatory, French, nice to haveOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
