We are looking for a new **Wholesale Manager for Serapian**, the Milanese fine leather Maison.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) WHOLESALE NETWORK DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT:
- Direct management of all WHS accounts
- Constantly look for new business opportunities to open new markets and to increase penetration within existing ones (department stores, specialty stores, etc)
- Develop sales &marketing actions to improve performance within key accounts doors (swap & reorders, VM tools, special projects, pop-up, capsules, etc) according to budget together with Marketing and Sales Director
- Ensure that the brand guidelines and standards are executed in accordance with Maison standard to represent the brand properly
- Travel and prospection to collect clients and market needs and feedback
2) WHOLESALE SALES SUPPORT:
- Direct selling activity during showroom periods
- Monitor closely with all Departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising) all wholesale KPI's: sell-in/sell-out; margin; delivery ratios; etc
- Prepare seasonal market analysis, sales forecast & budget per door and market in accordance with Sales Director
- Prepare P&L for new opening accounts together with Sales Director
- Wholesale related support activities: order entry and processing; follow up on payments and deliveries, stock check and proposal to clients; contract revision with Sales Director; etc
- Prepare and Perform Maison and Product trainings
- Prepare regular competitors analysis on the market and products
PROFILE:
6-8 years of experience in Sales; a previous experience in the Luxury industry will be considered a plus
Strong communication skills to build strong relationship within the brand and with partners
Analytical skills and good mastery of Excel
Proactive and versatile, self starter and intuitive
Fluent in Italian and English
