JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

acting, within this category, as a project manager for the assigned brandsleading a team of 2managing the purchasing process (forecast collection, spent request submission, daily negotiations with vendors, deliveries monitoring)training, engaging and developing the small team (1 person + 1 intern)monitoring all relevant KPIS (stock leftover, purchasing turnover, number of SKUs, etc)being the main point of contact within the team for all matters related to sustainable sourcing; leading projects and initiatives aimed at improving the environmental footprint of POP tools

In Store Communication team (corporate and local teams), Logistics, Customer Service, indirect procurement, IT

TECHNICAL SKILLS PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerpointSAP and Business Object knowledge will be considered as a plusKnowledge of POP materials industryBasic knowledge of POP raw materials (i. e.

paper/cardboard, plastic materials, ) and related industries

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Educational Background:

Masters degree (Economy and Management Engineering will be considered a plus).

4-7 years of experience, preferably in indirect procurement/visual merchandising areas (with experience to act as project manager)/trade marketing/supply chainAbility to work effectively in an uncertain and fast-changing contextExcellent team-working, communication and project management skills Ability to cooperate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, inside and outside the companyConcreteness, results-oriented mindset, hands-on approach
