For our own projects, we are looking for: WIND O&M SERVICES MANAGER Ref code: CR_2406-100_ Wind O&M Services Manager Job summary MISSION: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of offshore substations (OSS), with a strong knowledge of electrical systems and previous experience in bid and tendering activities.

TASKS: Oversee the operation and maintenance of offshore substations (OSS), ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently and safely. Manage and maintain key electrical systems including GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear), transformers, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), metering, protection systems, and auxiliary systems such as cranes, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies), and life boats. Lead and participate in bid and tendering processes, preparing proposals and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop competitive bids that meet project specifications and client needs. Generate detailed reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and project outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless O&M operations. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. An advanced degree (Master's) is preferred but not required. 3+ years of experience in Wind OSS Operation & Maintenance services. Proven experience in bid and tendering activities. Strong knowledge of key electrical systems (GIS, transformers, SCADA, metering, protection systems) and auxiliary systems typical of an OSS. Good knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and management of O&M activities. Willingness to undertake short-term missions to various project sites as needed. Fluent level of written and spoken Italian and English languages. OTHER DETAILS: Job Location: Milan, Italy; Contract Duration: 1 year; Starting date: July 2024.
