Italian speaking support engineer 6 months rolling Milan

- Italian speaking my client is looking to speak with EUC Desktop Support Engineer on an initial 6-month contract for a global media organisation.

We are looking for contractors with proven experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 7 and knowledge to support Microsoft Windows 10 desktop operating systems.

Duration - 6 months

As a EUC Desktop Support Engineer - Support and maintain the current End User Windows 7 image.

Second and third level support for all Workstation software and infrastructure issues.

Support their End User Windows 10 image when delivered.

Provide technical support for the Workstation login scripts and group policies.

Support the transition of IT infrastructure into the cloud.

Provide advice and support for the enhancement of the in-scope environments, diagnosing issues, providing reports and documentation such as technical requirements and change control procedures.
