One of the most important and prestigious Wine Estates of the Chianti Region is hiring his/herWine Sales DirectorResponsibilitiesDesign and manage new sales strategies to achieve rapid sales growthDevelop creative sales approaches to meet evolving market demandsManage the network of importers and distributors; build strong distributor relationships and explore new opportunities; revamp distributor partnerships and explore alternative distribution strategiesEnsure that the stated goals, for both domestic and international markets are achievedProvide detailed performance reports to the BoardInspire and motivate the Sales TeamRequirementsProven track record in sales in the wine industry – 5+ years experienceProficiency in English and Italian.

Fluency in Spanish is a plusNegotiation and relationship-building skillsExperience in managing peopleExperience in reporting and analyticsA very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and ERP systemsPositivity, strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, good organization, problem solving attitude are key factors.
