Job Description:We are looking for a Womenswear Outerwear Product Developer to join our team based in Milano. Your Impact The Product Developer will join our Team, reporting to the Womenswear Product Manager Director.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in luxury & fashion contexts.

The Women's Outerwear Product Developer at Moncler will be responsible for overseeing the product and technical development of the women's collections, with a particular focus on outerwear. Activities: Assistance to the PM in transferring designs from the Style and Product departments Use PLM to create the BOM Organize color folders Manage lab dips for new fabric colors Who We Are Looking For 3-5 years of relevant experience Experience in structured organizations Knowledge of Down Jackets Able to work both independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in an ever-changing environment Experience with PLM We Would Appreciate a Person That Is: Practical and action-oriented A determined, agile, self-starter with a positive, engaging and creative approach to work Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Previous experience in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is a plus Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI-focused approach How You Can Apply You can apply through our Careers Website by following the link in the job posting.
