Our Client is a global capital goods company specializing in equipment and services for Agriculture and Construction.

In order to improve their Times and methods department we are looking for a Work Analysis Specialist.

**Posizione**:

The main responsibilities of this role are:

Maintain and improve work analysis data in day by day production;

Analyze Hourly Direct/Indirect activities, and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs;

Coordinate and consolidate the Hourly Workforce Planning;

Budget and Forecast redaction in accordance with production plans and improvement plan redaction for efficiency recovery;

Analysis of productive capacity evaluation;

Identify cost reduction opportunities both on a breakthrough and continuous improvement base;

Partner with Lean and manufacturing engineering dept.

on cost out and productivity initiatives and implementation of local KPI;

Provide support for new product/process launch.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

Knowledge of the main Time Survey systems;

Attitude to drive change and innovation;

Good knowledge of the Office package;

Good teamwork skills;

Decision making ability and autonomy in pursuing objectives.
