Callnovo Contact Center is a 17+ years' professional Canadian-based global contact center.

We hire global CSRs.

We're looking to hire a high-quality customer service representatives for a Global Tech company.

Here's the perks:

- US$6. 0 /hour with a daily paid 45-minute lunch and bio-break.

- approximately 160-180 monthly paid hours.

- 3 days free training, around 3 to 7 hours per day

- we provide CRM and softphone system access.

- work from the comfort of your own home (WFH).

Job skills required:

- 1 empathetic, people-oriented, friendly, passionate, responsive, and responsible customer service agents required

- 1+ years of customer service experience required

- 1+ years of Tech support experience preferred - but not required

Able to handle the following:

1.

inbound/outbound calls

2.

live chat correspondence

4.

answer customer inquiries/issues

5.

record/update customer and relevant data

6.

address customer feedback and/or complaints

Work Shift Hours: Mondays-Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central European Time.

**Salary**: €900. 00 - €1, 000. 00 per month
