- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, orders, and company policies.

- Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure quality control.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.

- Interest in the travel or service industry is advantageous.
