- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.

- Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.

- Ability to adapt to a new environment and work effectively in a team.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
