**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related issues.

- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience.

- Document customer interactions accurately for service quality enhancement.

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
