Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chatManage and resolve customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive customer experienceDocument interactions and feedback to identify trends and suggest areas for improvementCollaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practicesStay informed about products and services to assist customers effectivelyEngage in ongoing training and development activitiesRequirements
