**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service-related concerns.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

- Inform customers about service offerings and guide them through processes.

- Document interactions accurately to maintain quality service standards.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.

- A positive attitude and eagerness to help people.

- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
