**Workday HCM Manager

**Milan, Rome**:

**What you will do

You will join "Accenture-Daynine" Global Workday Practice and will be responsible for:

- Managing international projects, implementing Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence and Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, Data Migration

- Developing the Italian Workday Practice

- Training and coaching new-joiners and internal team members

- Taking part in call for tender and pre-sales activities

- Fostering long-lasting relationship with Workday

**Who you are

- Previous experience in supporting HR Transformation projects, by implementing Workday HCM

- At least 2 years working experience, both in Consultancy or fast-paced HRIS Department

- Deep understanding of client needs

- Proactive, enthusiastic team-player and smart networker

- Fluent both in English and Italian
