- The _**_WORKFLOW & IT SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST _**_for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to build and maintain a high-level end user satisfaction, supporting customers on site or remote, acting as Subject Matter Expert of Laboratory automation systems and middleware solutions.

S/he installs and sets-up the product portfolio under her/his responsibility, trains the end user, supports the transition phase, follows-up live installation to troubleshoot and solves upcoming issue.

- This position is part of the Workflow & IT solutions team and r_eports to the Workflow and IT Solutions Project Manager responsible for positioning the Group on a sharp and solid business leadership. _

**_ The person can be based either in Milan or Rome and will be remote based. _

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Solutions setup: Install and setup Laboratory automation systems and middleware solutions based on customer needs and contract specification, teamworking with LIS and Middleware

- End user Training: deploy onsite user training to teach the customer on the product portfolio under his responsibility.

Run training on the job in the startup phase of the project.

- Follow-up: Plan an execute follow up visit to verify the solution and improve customer exeperince.

- Remote support: Troubleshoot customer issue and looking for solution following internal standard works.

He/She activate a second level support if needed.

- Interaction with Sale Department: Report to Sales Rep any feedback and report out about information collect in the follow up visit

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Possesses 5 years Engineering, Biomedical or Informatics Degree

- Problem solving attitude.

- Travel availability for at least 60%

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- 5 years IVD Experience with customer reference if available

- Informatics know how and experience

- Customer relationship attitude
