As we expand our operations globally, it's important that we bring on a Workforce Onboarding Trainer to help us build the backbone of Getir: Our team of riders and pickers.
**What You'll Do, In More Detail**:.
- You'll develop engaging and informative trainings for riders and pickers that push them to be the best they can be—all while encouraging and building relationships with them.
- You'll work closely with the Getir Operations teams to improve our processes and blow past expectations.
- Being a team player is crucial to both our success and yours—as Workforce Onbarding Trainer you'll support our team on a variety of important projects.

You'll be in charge of managing documentation for current and new hires' contracts, legal documentation, and all personal information
**Requirements**:
**What your experience looks like**:
- Training talented people in a start-up environment comes naturally to you
- We can tell right away that you have a can-do and will-do attitude.
- You have excellent communication skills and can use them to demonstrate (both in action and word) what it means to be part of Getir to the team.
- You're a leader who can ensure all operational procedures are adhered to.
- You understand the start-up culture and how to overcome potential recruitment obstacles
