- We are looking for a Working Capital Sales Manager within the Sales & Marketing Department.
- The
- **Sales & Marketing Department** has the objective of contributing to the achievement of commercial, economic and
- assets of the company.
**Main Tasks of Working Capital Sales Manager**:
- Independent, result-oriented (sales driven with hunting mentality) proactive origination and marketing to Corporate clients of all Working Capital and Factoring Solutions (WoCa) acting as single point of entry across the WoCa product range.
- Leading the WoCa relationship with the clients in his/her portfolio pursuing an holistic advisory approach to become the client's undisputed WoCa Trusted Advisor;
- Develop/execute strategic sales agenda to keep a very high pitching intensity to his/her own client's portfolio;
- Management of own clients portfolio:
- achieving important growth in revenues, volumes and profitability;
- increasing the WoCa share of wallet and optimising the respective clients portfolio profitability and returns KPIs;
- strengthening our leadership position on innovative and strategic solutions through an holistic approach based on client's needs.
- Deliver revenue targets within acceptable risk parameters and achievement of the given financial objectives;
- Working in close coordination with Corporate coverage colleagues and foster x-selling business opportunities along the Bank's product value chain;
- Independent and sustainable acquisition of new clients and profit oriented development of a portfolio of clients fully aligned with WoCa Italy strategy;
- Manage the respective WoCa deals pipeline and ensure that the CRM is updated with up to date information;
- Keep a very high pitching intensity to strengthen client's relationship, ensure agreed service levels are delivered and new opportunities are identified;
- Maintain a strong compliance awareness and culture in adherence with group and local compliance/AML/Sanctions/Reputational policies, internal guidelines and all the relevant external regulations to ensure that the Bank's interest and reputation are protected;
- Ensure a robust risk awareness and control is in place with strong attention to be paid to all risks (credit, commercial, political, operational, compliance /Sanctions and reputational) related to WoCa transactions and deal structures.
Requisiti
- University degree in business, economics and/or similar education/experience;
- Fluent in spoken and written English, ideally another foreign language;
- Team Working Orientation;
- Proven sales/origination capabilities (a hunter mentality) & client centric;
- A strong proven track record of developing and cultivating Italian Corporates client relationships;
- Strong corporate, loan/financing business, transaction banking and factoring business development background & credentials;
- Capability to understand customer needs and deliver the most complex solutions;
- Significant sales experience highly accepted by clients and very well developed acquisition and negotiating skills with a focus on results;
- Curiosity and open mind to WoCa market new evolution trend: Fintechs, Cross-border business/transactions;
- High flexibility and solution oriented style of work, also in conflict situations.
