Working Student
As part of the UX Research team you ensure that the customer is always at the center of the product development process.
You work in close collaboration with UX/UI Designers and Product Owners helping them to make the right decisions based on qualitative/quantitative research insights.
Assisting our UX Researchers in the conception, planning, execution and analysis of research projects (e. g.
qualitative interviews, user testings, surveys, focus groups etc.
)
Preparing research results in reports and presentations
Editing of video recordings of user interviews for presentations of results
Conducting first level research on design topics and benchmarks
Creating or adjusting prototypes and other research materials
You are at least in the 3rd semester of a topic-related degree program (e. g.
psychology, media & communication sciences, sociology or comparable)
You gained first working experience e. g.
internships, ideally in the field of user experience research, usability testing or market research
You have a basic knowledge of qualitative research methods and a first experience with Figma or other rapid prototyping tools
You have an interest in userexperience research as well as in e-commerce
You have empathy and understand people needs
You take initiatives and know how to work independently
You gained experience in presenting results using PowerPoint
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Samples of your work in form of a portfolio/summary are considered as a plus
