The resource will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily work of the workshop, planning and organizing activities according to production priorities.

He/She will monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and expected quality levels.

He/She will manage the procurement of necessary materials and equipment, optimizing the use of resources; maintenance and efficiency of machines and equipment, planning preventive and remedial actions.

He/She will collaborate with other departments (such as quality, logistics, and design) to ensure smooth production that meets company standards.

He/She will be able to resolve any technical or production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.

He/She will analyze production reports and implement corrective or improvement actions in case of inefficiencies.

He/She will ensure workplace safety by strictly enforcing health and safety regulations.

RequirementsPrior experience of at least 3 years in a responsible role in manufacturing or shop floor management. In-depth technical skills related to machinery and manufacturing processes. Excellent team management and leadership skills, with aptitude for conflict resolution and motivating employees. Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and ability to apply them in the operational context. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Results, continuous improvement and quality orientation. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. Good knowledge of the English language.
