As a Workshop Products & Processes Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. What you can look forward to:Designing, managing, and optimizing processes for repair activities. Overseeing and updating product documentation. Planning and controlling workshop activities. Acting as a Lean Production Officer, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Managing workshop certifications and audits to ensure compliance. Developing and managing resource competencies. Your profile:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Strong problem-solving capabilities for day-to-day operations. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset (internal and external stakeholders). Strong interest and willingness to drive digitalization initiatives. Fluent in Italian and a good level of English. Possession of a valid Category B driving license.
