Position**:

The position is based in our HQ in Rome and part of the worldwide Governance & Compliance team.

The Asset Protection Manager contributes to the definition and the implementation of security strategies, programs and processes within Europe and the other regions where the Company operates ensuring risk prevention & security and managing working relations with external and internal parties.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop a security strategy and a policy, in line with the strategies of the Company, through the definition and implementation of a security program

- Define the control and audit systems to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of security programs

- Enable investigations to verify or to counter internal and external threats

- Develop information programs and security training for staff

- Coordinate the management of physical security (protection of people/ external parties, buildings, products and the Company's operational instruments)

- Coordinate the management of emergencies, crises and operational continuity

- Coordinate security management of events held by the Company

- Coordinate the security compliance with mandatory requirements (arising from law, directives and mandatory regulations)

- Coordinate investigations and management of incidents relating to security: analysis, preventive investigation

- Interact with internal and external structures and comply with national and international regulations involving security and health at work, social responsibility, privacy, management of risks of criminal origin, surveillance, investigations

- Interface with national security institutions, police forces and government agencies, in charge of business intelligence, security and public order

**Profile**:

- 10+ years of experience in Company's processes, policies, guidelines and internal regulations

- Technical standards related to "security risk management"

- Knowledge of hazard identification, risks of criminal origin, tolerance criteria, mitigation measures

- Security prevention and protection settings

- Security engineering

- Fluency in English

- Customer Orientation

- Operational Effectiveness
