POSITION

**Mission**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support and coordinate VIC related events, like Fashion Shows, Made to order Events (LG & Furs)

- Support the Team during special projects.

- Support delivering internal tools and guidelines to regional offices.

- Work with PCR zone teams to identify and organize for top clients relevant exceptional experiences, matching clients' interests and develop their loyalty to the brand.

- Collaborate as a team player when working with other departments to develop strategies that benefit clients.

- Competitor's analysis and benchmark.

- Cost control and budgets for all PCR activities, monitor results & profitability of all actions.

- Liaise with external suppliers (hotels, cars, entertainment )

- Draft internal and external presentations.

- Support expenses & travel organization.

PROFILE

**Required skills**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion or hospitality industry.

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a creative and strategic thinking.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Extremely organized and high attention to luxury and detail.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Salesforce

- Fluency in English is a must.

French is a plus.
