We Are Gold, Business Unit of GCH Consulting, is recruiting, for an important reality operating full service production-distribution-sales in the Fashion industry, a **WW SALES FORCE MANAGER**, reporting directly to CEO, who will be in charge of **corporate strategy, sales functions, business development, team management
**Posizione**:
- Supervising the Performances of Area Managers and/or Brand Managers and entertaining dialogue with the other teams and departments of the reality
- In accordance with the corporate strategy, development of sales in the WW market
- Participate in the definition of best-in-class commercial policy
- Manage, recruit, train and animate the sales force
- Closely monitor the achievement of objectives and implement specific commercial actions to extend them
- Support company's philosophy and company culture, promote the image and notoriety of the company and its brands as Ambassador
- Regularly Interpret reports on the evolution of the market and the competition in order to constantly adapt the company's offer
- Identify areas of development with a strong awareness of their potential
**Requisiti**:
- Degree in economics, business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Preferably referred
- Equipped with driver license and available for regular trips across geographically important areas for the Reality
- Strong experience in corporate strategy, sales functions, business development, team management
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (3rd language is a plus)
- Expert of and passionate about contemporary-style fashion market, constantly involved in the business
- Highly proactive, can-do attitude, outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong prospecting skills and ready to grow together with it (and the team) in the long run
- Resourcefulness, resiliency, independence and positive attitude with high tolerance of stressful situations
- Receptive and adaptive, with the outstanding ability to manage processes, listen actively clients and understand their needs
- Strong time and priorities management skills, analytical skills and business acumen
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex problems
- Extrovert person with great presentation, storytelling, PR and community management skills
- Passionate coaching-oriented team player equipped with negotiation, good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships and strong team culture
- Openminded, curious, of very good standing and able to entertain a sympathetic dialogue with top clients
- Well-mannered, humble client-oriented attitude, networking skills and naturally inclined to benefit from the legacy built over the years
- Familiar with dynamic fast paced and complex environment of multi-brand corp dynamics, able to triangulate the needs of the brands
- Accountability, strong ownership and determined to get things done
