Location: Florence As a Store Planner at Aquazzura, you will lead the execution of worldwide projects that promote company identity, enhance the brand, and improve operations for our locations and stores. Responsibilities: Manage all Aquazzura projects, including flagship stores, boutiques, corners in department stores, pop-ups, and other spaces. Build project briefs, programs/schedules, and budgets that respect the Store Development Lifecycle and key project milestones. Manage and build project briefs with all stakeholders. Review and negotiate work letters with landlords and conduct initial site reviews. Advise on market conditions that affect schedule and budget. Drive and respect the critical milestones and deliverables of the lifecycle to achieve project approvals and funding. Leverage project resources of architects, suppliers, and general contractors to achieve project schedules. Knowledge of LEED processes and certifications. Regularly visit completed projects to perform post-opening audits. Identify areas for needed improvement and institute changes to store design, project development & delivery, materials, and suppliers. Identify regional/local resources, materials, and suppliers for cost and schedule efficiencies. Collaborate with all departments to propose and implement programs to exploit efficiencies. Analyze standards, cost efficiencies, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the workplace. Must have: 6 years of experience within a store planning/design/construction environment involving an aggressive expansion of retail stores. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Project Management. Experience in high-end luxury projects. Experience working with international vendors and consultants. Strong communication and managerial skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project, and Adobe. Excellent knowledge of English; other languages will be a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
