Position: Location: Florence or Milan, Italy

As Store Planner in Aquazzura, you'll lead the execution of WW projects that promote company identity, enhance the brand, and improve the operations for our locations and stores.

Responsibilities: Manage all Aquazzura projects, like Flagship stores, Boutiques, Corners in Department Stores, Pop-ups, and other spaces of Aquazzura. Build project briefs, programs/schedules, and budgets that respect the Store Development Lifecycle and key project milestones. Manage and build project briefs with all stakeholders. Review and negotiate work letters with LL and conduct initial site reviews. Advise on market conditions that affect schedule and budget. Drive and respect the critical milestones and deliverables of the lifecycle to achieve project approvals and funding. Leverage project resources of architects, suppliers, and GC's to achieve project schedules. Knowledge of LEED processes and certifications. Regularly visit completed projects to perform post-opening project audits.

Identify areas of needed improvement and institute changes to store design, project development & delivery, materials, and suppliers. Identify regional/local resources, materials, suppliers for cost and schedule efficiencies.

Work in collaboration with all departments to propose and implement programs to exploit efficiencies.

Analyze standards, cost efficiencies, and suppliers. You must guarantee the respect of safety regulations in the workplace. Requirements: 6+ years of experience within a store planning/design/construction environment involving an aggressive expansion of retail stores. Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or Construction Project Management. Experience in high-end luxury projects. Experience working with international vendors and consultants. Strong communication and managerial skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project, Adobe. Excellent knowledge of English; other languages will be a plus. Seniority levelMid-Senior level
